Cheesecake

Yesterday was my sister's birthday - I won't tell you how old she turned.

She doesn't like traditional cake so when I asked her what she wanted for her dessert, she mentioned fruit and ganache.

I've been wanting to try this recipe for raspberry swirled cheesecake and took this opportunity to do so.

Unfortunately, this particular slice doesn't feature the delicious swirl but I'll testify that it was Y.U.M.M.Y! We also drizzled some ganache on the top before indulging.
